How would I describe myself in three words?
#1
Cake
Cakes symbolise celebration, and I see myself as similar to a cake because I strive to ensure that everyone gets a slice of the excitement. I take pleasure in ensuring that every member of the group has an opportunity to celebrate their successes and enjoy the moment. I believe that a successful team is not only defined by its performance but also by its high spirits and camarderie.
#2
Battery
I see myself as a battery because I'm full of energy, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and can work to the best of my ability for an extended period. At the end of the day, much like a battery, I prefer to take the time to recharge before embarking on another day.
#3
Unicorn
Unicorns represent the embodiment of spiritual growth and in the realm of User Experience, a UX unicorn is someone proficient in all aspects of the user-centered design process. Drawing upon my extensive background and education emcompassing design, programming, and research, I believe I possess the qualitites necessary to be recognised as a UX unicorn.
Outside of work, what are my three main interests?
#1
Marvel
Raised on Marvel Comics, my interest still remains decades later with the recent Cinematic Universe movies and TV shows. I especially enjoy making cosplay outfits of my favourite characters for conventions and parties.
#2
Pokemon
An avid collector with every Nintendo installment, Pokemon Go specifically has improved my health from walking but I love the neighbourhood teamwork as we work together to catch the rare legendary Pokemon.
#3
Beyonce
Growing up listening to Destiny's Child and her solo albums, I not only love her music but also her performances. I was extremely fortunate to see her perform live in Philadelphia in 2016, and can never forget the theatrics of it all.
